  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any monthly service plan.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

4. Content Rights

  • Clients retain rights to their own original footage and brand assets.

  • Social Momentum reserves the right to use completed projects (videos, photos, graphics, etc.) in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Workshops & Events

  • Registrations for workshops or trainings are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a future session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and media—is the property of Social Momentum and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
